Prophet NJ Mudau
“Winning more souls for Christ. Depopulate hell while populating heaven”
Early Life and Education.
Prophet Nditsheni John Mudau was born on 04 February 1977 into an impoverished family of six children in Mpofu village (Ha-Nthabalala), Limpopo Province, South Africa. He is the fourth born child of Mrs Masakona Mudzulafhi.
When Prophet Mudau’s mother went into labour, she refused to go to the hospital to deliver her child despite having delivered all her other kids there. The unborn baby’s grandmother, Vho-Munzhedzi Muleya, helped her to deliver at home. The grandmother named the newborn baby Nditsheni (leave me) because the mother had refused hospital birth saying, “leave me; I don’t want to go to the hospital”.
His middle name, John, was given to him by his elder brother, Samuel Mudau, who named him after John the Baptist as the granny insisted on using only the vernacular name, Nditsheni.
As he was growing up, his entire life was a struggle. He was rejected by many people and survived many things. He was misunderstood everywhere he went.
He started primary education at Madabude Primary School at his home village. While doing Grade 3 (Standard 1), he fell sick and was partially paralysed from the waist down. His brothers took him to a local church, the United African Apostolic Church, where a visiting prophet by the name of Masithi prayed for him and prophesied that he would become a doctor.
After completing his primary education, he then went to Thwalima Secondary School where he passed Grade 8. His brothers attempted to enrol him at Eltivillas Comprehensive High School, which is now known as Makhado Comprehensive High School, one of the best schools in the area in an attempt to fulfill the prophesy. Little did they know that the doctor the prophet referred to was not a medical one, but a spiritual doctor who would pray for the sick and get them delivered from the bondage of sickness and spiritual challenges.
He could not study there and had to go back to Thwalima Secondary School where he studied until Grade 12. Before he could finish his Grade 12 examinations, he was arrested. However, he enrolled for the outstanding subject, Mathematics, which he passed while in prison. He furthered his studies by enrolling for engineering studies where he completed his N1 through to N3 courses from prison. He is now a qualified Electrical Technician with a trade test certificate obtained in February 2017.
Career
Just like any person, Prophet Mudau had dreams and future plans. He did hair dressing for survival and tried a career out of athletics to no avail. He then relocated to Alexander, Johannesburg, where he could not find any permanent employment, but temporary jobs, mainly working for electrical engineering companies. He also pursued a career in football, as a professional soccer player, in an attempt to run away from his calling, until God cautioned him through dreams that that was not what he had been called for. He was also warned he would end up in a wheelchair should he continue.
Spiritual calling
Nditsheni John Mudau is an ordained pastor of the United African Apostolic Church, a prophet by the grace of the Lord, and founder of the God is King Ministry. Prophet Mudau discovered his calling at a very early age. He would pray for people and would tell them not to repeat his prophecies to avoid attention because of his family background of abject poverty and age. His calling is not without controversy; he was at times persecuted and criticized by his fellow congregants.
When he answered to God’s call and started a ministry, some members of the church thought he would establish his own church. As a result, they intensified their campaign to have him excommunicated by the church leadership. However, being a spiritual person, the late Archbishop Dr. EMM realised the calling and ordained him during the 2017 National Youth conference and referred to him as the “the heart of the church”.
